Only just had it brought to my attention. And from the same source I&#039;ve now learned that the fountain (or &quot;water sculpture&quot; as its apparently called) cost the local taxpayers £135,000! Bloody hell; I wonder whose bright idea it was, and whether they have any more of the same tucked up their sleeve rather than spending the money on something useful, or at least pleasing to look at.</description>
