JOHN-PAUL FORD ROJASJEAN Charles de Menezes was killed because he acted in an “aggressive and threatening manner” when challenged, a lawyer for the police said yesterday.

Well that explains a lot. Threatening manner is body language that is interpreted by an individual, not harde proof or justification to pump 7 bullets in the head. Bolox to the claims he may have had drugs in his pocket, how could they have known that?
Id cards would not have worked here would they, shoot first and see who it was after they are dead lying on the floor in a threatening manner?

Yeah, whichever way you look at it the excuse that he was killed because he was acting in an “aggressive and threatening manner” just doesn’t stand up - not if previous police accounts are to be believed, anyway.
